My new job

Work is good. I'm based in the main office, with about 10 employees in total. It will take some time to settle into the very different culture and find my feet, but everyone has been helpful and there seems to be some interesting work going on around disability and women's rights. My responsibilities will be to develop the website, and create newsletters and fundraising materials, which sounds ideal to me. Next step is to learn some Oriya and Indian sign language, so I can communicate better with people, including my friendly deaf colleague who keeps trying to tell me stories I don't understand!
